Are you afraid of the dark H1N1?
The virus is consuming the population fast. Reported cases are climbing VERY fast. No deaths in Singapore as yet. But ain't you afraid? I am definitely one. Scared like hell. It can come anytime. How prepared are you.
Remember i went Suntec for my exam on Wednesday? I had sore throat the next morning. Then started to have runny nose in the afternoon. I was so damn scared. I downed cups after cups of water and popped vitamin C. Self medicated cos i still have many left over pills. My breaking point will be fever. Once i hit fever, i will see the doctor. But as at now, i am feeling better. Runny nose had stopped.
Well, if you are feeling unwell, you should immediately drink lots and lots of WATER. Take Vitamin C if you have and self medicated first. Stay at home and rest. If the medication you took didn't put you better, or you symptoms worsen, see the doctor. Remember to tell him what medication you had taken so that the doctor can better gauge what illness you have.
